Divorce settlement between Nush Afarin Khanum (daughter of the late Sadiq Khan) with her husband Aqa Hasan Shari‘atmadar (the local religious notable); the setllement covers Nushafarin Khanum's mahr and alimony and her other rights. All of the clothes and other belongings, worth 75 tumans, were received and and repossessed. Because of the mutually agreed divorce, her husband gave Mirza Asad Allah power of attorney to execute the divorce based on the divorce contract. According to this settlement, Khanum Sultan and Khanum Bashi, mother and aunt of Ibrahim (son of the late Mashhadi Qasim from Shiraz), have to pay the mahr of Shawkat Sultan, wife of Ibrahim, to her father, Haji Husayn ‘Ali Saqat-furush [the retailer] (son of the late Karbalayi Muhammad ‘Ali), along with the alimony and clothing expenses of the last three years.

Settlement between daughter of Mirza Aqa Khan and her daughter, 1899 or 1900
Settlement between the daughter of Mirza Aqa Khan (and sister of Shaykh al-Islam) and her daughter, in which a big and white room and its furniture are settled in exchange for three kilos of salt and a silver coin. This settlement is confirmed in by several religious leaders. Also, according to this agreement, 75 tumans were put aside for thirty years to be used for food donations for five years and four years of prayers and fasts in case of the death of Mirza Aqa Khan's daughter. The two women are not named in the document.

Settlement of Layli with Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, 1920
Settlement between Layli, the daughter of Muhammad Vali Bayg, and Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, in which she settles all of her belongings--clothes, dishes, cash and bonds, properties, and household furnishings--for some salt and pennies in order for Mirza Muhammad ʻAli to spend 11 tumans for taʻziyah and 10 tumans for prayers [to be said for her] after her death. After payment of the religious tithe, he should spend the rest on taʻziyah for Imam Husayn.

Settlement regarding divorce, 1933
Mir Muhsin Aqa from Ardabil has the power of attorney from his daughter, Halimah Khanum, to settle the following with her husband, Karbalayi Asad Allah, the son of the late Murad ‘Ali from Ardabil: half of her mahr, which includes seventy five tumans, four misqals of gold, and a Qur’an (valued at twelve thousand dinars) in exchange for Halimah Khanum's clothing and other belongings; he also settles the other half of the mahr as well as Halimah Khanum's rights according to Shari‘a in exchange for the divorce; she shall not have any claims regarding her mahr or remuneration.

Aqa Zaynal, son of the late Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, settles his inheritance from his mother, excluding her belongings in Istanbul, but including cash, houses, clothing, jewelry, land, interest from assets, et cetera to his brother, Haji Javad Aqa the merchant, in exchange for one thousand and six hundred tumans. His mother's belongings in Istanbul will be divided among other inheritors. Haji Javad Aqa has taken on all his mother's debts.

Sale agreement and settlement, 1902 and 1910
Agreement dated December 11, 1902 between Sakinah, daughter of the late Karbalayi Husayn Muqanni [well-digger] and wife of the late Darvish Husayn, and Darvish Ghulam Riza, son of the late Darvish Muhammad Husayn, selling parts of a building in the Aqa [or Aba] neighborhood for twelve tumans, and a settlement dated August 10, 1910 between Sakinah and her son, Darvish Husayn, exchanging all of her belongings, except her clothes, which belong to her daughter, for one hundred dinars and one charik of wheat.
